Confinement Hamilton are looking for their next customer service superstar!  

Located at 6 Sapper-Moore Jones Place, right in the center of the CBD we need a mature, levelheaded, people person to join the team!  

The Role:  

We are looking for someone part time to commit to work a regular Saturday night shift (4.30pm to ~10.30pm), as well as availability to pick up additional shifts in school holidays and our work do seasons (June/July & November/December), public holidays and on occasion covering other the shifts of team members when needed.  

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate who will come to us with the below persona and experience. 

The ideal candidate will be:  

· A details person: Attention to detail is an absolute must 

· A Strong Communicator: Both verbal and written skills with customers, and the confinement team.  

· Able to ask for Help: accuracy is vital at confinement so we foster a team who are able comfortably  to ask each other for help to ensure every booking runs as smoothly as possible.  

· Organised & Tidy: value strong systems and presentation of the workplace 

· Confident: talking to large groups & coordination of teams is essential 

· An Approachable Team Player: bubbly and friendly is a must 

· A Fast Learner:  Can think on their feet 

· Creative:  some experience with graphic design a bonus  

Applicants are required to: 

· Have some previous customer service experience. 

· Have reliable transportation to work, and able to drive after 10pm.  

· Confinement Escape Room holds a liquor license so you must be comfortable selling alcohol with alongside a duty manager (full training provided).  

Additional experience a bonus - but not essential: 

· Holds a license controller qualification (LCQ) or duty manager certificate or has prior server experience,  or alternatively over 20 and interested in becoming trained.  

· A bit of home handyman person  DIY skills would be a bonus
